About the event
Anne Boatner is passionate about ensuring that all her neighbors have access to safe and stable housing. As the Executive Director of the Eviction Right to Counsel at Nashville Hispanic Bar Association, Anne provides high-quality legal representation to renters facing eviction and oversees all aspects of the Eviction Right to Counsel Program.
Anne grew up in Chattanooga and attended Brooklyn College, where she graduated summa cum laude (political science and philosophy), and Vanderbilt University Law School. Prior to joining NHBA in September 2024, Anne was a staff attorney with the Eviction Prevention Initiative at Legal Aid of East Tennessee in Chattanooga, where her creative and enthusiastic housing advocacy earned her the Tennessee Bar Association’s Ashley T. Wiltshire Public Service Attorney of the Year Award in 2023.
