April Grippo

April Grippo is the Director of Water Resources for TDEC, a statewide role leading nearly 400 engineers and scientists in drinking water, wastewater, natural resources, and emergency response programs. Prior to joining Tennessee state government, she served as a project manager for Applied Technology & Management, a private consulting firm in Florida and a water planning engineer for Virginia’s Department of Environmental Quality. April holds a master's degree in engineering from the University of Virginia, and lives in Maury County with her husband and four children.
