Amanda Little is a columnist for Bloomberg and a professor of journalism and science writing at Vanderbilt University. Little is the author of the bestseller The Fate of Food: What We'll Eat in a Bigger, Hotter, Smarter World, a five-year adventure into the lands, minds and machines shaping the future of sustainable food. She also wrote Power Trip: The Story of America's Love Affair With Energy.
Amanda has written about energy, technology and the environment for the New York Times, Washington Post, Wired, Rolling Stone and the New Yorker. She has interviewed politically diverse figures from Joe Biden and Barack Obama to Bill Frist and Lindsey Graham, and has been interviewed by journalists including Terry Gross and Fareed Zakaria. Her recent TED Talk, "Climate change is a problem you can taste," has more than 1M views. Amanda is the founder and executive director of Kidizenship, a media platform for students interested in civics and politics.
