Alisha Haddock is a distinguished leader from North Nashville with a proven track record of advancing community development and social equity. As the Executive Director of Neighbor 2 Neighbor, she leads initiatives that empower residents, strengthen neighborhoods, and advocate for equitable policies across the city. Her career reflects a commitment to transformative leadership and sustainable impact. In her previous role as Senior Vice President of Community and Economic Development at The Housing Fund, Alisha managed a $15 million commercial loan portfolio, administered $1.5 million in development funds for Nashville’s first Community Land Trust program, and distributed over $3 million in grants to preserve and maintain affordable housing. Her leadership directly expanded affordable housing opportunities and advanced economic empowerment for Nashville’s most underserved communities.She also served as Director of the McGruder Center, where she secured $2.7 million in capital funding for renovations and redeveloped the commercial kitchen for workforce training, transforming the center into a vital community hub. She established partnerships with nearly 30 nonprofit and government agencies, creating a comprehensive network of support services for residents.Her experience further includes serving as Director of Community-Based Services at Catholic Charities of Tennessee, where she developed and managed essential programs addressing critical needs for families across Davidson County.A second-generation Belmont University graduate, Alisha is recognized for her unwavering commitment to social justice, equity, and community transformation.
